Easy process to find your ideal plan
Selection
The client pays a $2,000 initial deposit, and the package is held off the market for 10 business days. The nominated solicitor receives the land contract, and the client is given the tender documents and building contract for review, along with standard inclusions and upgrade options.
Signing
Land Purchase: A 5% deposit of the purchase price is payable upon signing the contract and will be held in the solicitor’s trust account.
Building Contract: A 5% deposit of the total build price is payable upon signing the contract.
Settlement
Your solicitor will notify you of the confirmed settlement date and guide you through the final steps of the process. They will coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure the settlement is completed smoothly and on time.
Approvals
All designs and required documents will be completed before land settlement to ensure timely approval.
A Complying Development Certificate or Development Application will be submitted upon settlement, or earlier where permitted.
Build Commences
